Step 1 - Log into your Client Area
Step 2 - From the Top menu, Click on Domains and 'Transfer Domains To Us' from the Drop Down or 'Transfer in a Domain' From the right hand side 'actions' menu.
OR
Step 2 - Enter the Domain and EPP Code / Auth Code and add to cart.
If the domain makes use of a EPP Code / Auth Code, please ensure the code is correct and up to date, otherwise some delays may incur. You can find your current code by contacting the current registrar.
For .au transfers, ensure you have access to the Registrant / Admin email address for the name, as you will receive an email to confirm these transfers.
NB: In case your domain extension doesn't use a code (eg. .uk), please add a placeholder code in the Auth Code field, to proceed with the transfer request.
Step 3 - Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add more domains. Once all names are entered, 'Continue'
Step 4 - 'Review and checkout' once you have reviewed all the names you want to transfer.
.AU transfers - The Registrant's email address will get a transfer approval email. Transfer take 2 days to complete after the Registrant approves the transfer.
Please check the registrant email account to ensure that this email is received and acted on.
gTLD transfers normally take around 5 to 7 days to complete after the Registrant approves the transfer.
