Getting Started with Your Domain Registration
Securing your new domain name takes only a few minutes. Just follow the steps below to complete the process.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Sign in to Your Account
Head to our website and log in with your existing account details.
2. Access the Domain Registration Area
From your dashboard, click on ‘Register A New Domains’ to begin. This can be found both in the top menu or side menu
3. Search for Your Domain
Type in the domain name or keyword you’d like to register and check if it’s available.
4. Complete the Registration Form
Choose your preferred domain(s) from the results, by Add or adding to cart. Once selected, click 'Checkout'
5. Configure selection
Set the desired name servers, and complete any other required information such as Registrant Data for .au names, then continue
6. Review & Checkout
Review your selection, checking spelling and name types - Once a name is registered, refunds are not possible.
6. Checkout
Select contact / Domain Registrant Information you want to register these names to.
Choose your payment method
Finally 'Complete Order' and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Email Notifications: Some domain extensions may ask for extra details or documents. If so, we’ll contact you by email with next steps.

Act Quickly: Make sure to respond promptly to any requests to avoid delays in getting your domain fully registered.
NB: We highly recommend performing a WhoIs lookup on the registered name to ensure the registration has fully completed.

1. Navigate to our domains page

2. Navigate to the search area
Type in the domain name or keyword you’d like to register and check if it’s available, by hitting the blue 'Search'
3. Select the name you want to register
Select the green 'Get Now' button
4. Add to card and check out
Add the chosen name (along with any other available names you want to register) - 'Add to cart' or 'Add'
Then 'Check Out'
5. Configure selection
Set the desired name servers, and complete any other required information such as Registrant Data for .au names, then continue
6. Review & Checkout
Review your selection, checking spelling and name types - Once a name is registered, refunds are not possible.

Select contact / Domain Registrant Information you want to register these names to.
