Adding, Editing or Deleting a User Print

To Add a User

After logging in to the Client Portal, from the top right drop down menu, select 'User Management'

Under 'Invite New User' enter the address of the user you want to invite / add and select the permissions you want the new user to have.
NB: "Modify Master Account Profile - Access and modify the client profile information" Will allow the user to change your master account profile details including the legal owner of the account. Exercise extreme caution in granting this permission. HostingRoo highly recommends not issuing this permission. 

The invited user will receive an email. They now need to open the link, and either log in, or sign up
(Log in if they already have a HostingRoo billing account or sign up if not)

The new user will now have all permissions granted in the user creation step.

 


To Edit a Users Permissions

After logging in to the Client Portal, from the top right drop down menu, select 'User Management'

Select 'Manage Permissions' for the user you wish to edit

Select or unselect the required permissions then 'Save Changes'

To Delete a User

After logging in to the Client Portal, from the top right drop down menu, select 'User Management'

Select 'Remove Access' for the user you wish to Remove / Delete from your account
