Service Upgrades
You can upgrade your cPanel from your HostingRoo billing portal.
- Please log in to your user account here
- Go to 'Services'
3. Click the cPanel name in question to bring up the 'Hosting Details' screen for that domain
4. Click on Upgrade/Downgrade
5. Next select the package you wish to upgrade to, and the billing cycle you want.
6. The next page will show you the upgrade price (Upgrade price is calculated from a credit of the unused portion of the current plan and billing of the new plan for the same period)
Once the invoice is paid the package will be instantly upgraded.
Service Downgrades
To Downgrade, you will need to raise a support ticket including the Service name, and the package you wish to Downgrade this to.
Downgrades are not available to self service as downgrading to a service with less resources than you currently use may break your site.
