You can change your cPanel password from your HostingRoo billing portal.
- Please log in to your user account here
- Go to 'Services'
3. Click the cPanel name in question to bring up the 'Hosting Details' screen for that domain
4. Select 'Change Password'
4. Enter and confirm the new password and click 'Save Changes' to finalise the change
| NB: While the cPanel password can be changed within cPanel, we do not recommend changing the password this way, as the new password will not sync with the billing system, and functions such as Usage Statistics and Quick Shortcuts will no longer function within the billing portal. |
